Helping individuals learn to flourish in their life
I believe that one of the things we as humans most desire is deep and meaningful connection; to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. Sadly, there are experiences that can distort our view of all three. This can be extremely painful.
In counseling sessions, I sit with each individual and help guide a process of exploring how the past might be interfering with the present and hope to help you find hope and healing as you grow into the healthiest version of yourself.
Counseling is based upon unconditional love, equality, humility, and grace. It encourages life-long development, and the fulfillment of the unique potential embodied in every person. Counseling involves assisting individuals in obtaining clarity and insight regarding their concerns, practicing flexibility in approach for the individual client, and helping individuals learn to flourish in their life.
I employ a holistic approach to counseling with a strong reliance on Family Systems Theory and Attachment Theory.

JESSICA KREMM, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon with an office in Hillsboro. I hold a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Texas State University.
I was drawn to the counseling field because I love stories. I find great worth in the stories that create who we are and would be honored to hear yours. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, specifically sexual abuse or religious trauma.
Purity culture, and some religious messaging, can be deeply impactful and can leave resonating shame and guilt. Defining who you are outside of that messaging can be difficult and can leave you feeling lost, uncertain and even guilty. I strive to walk with you and help you live in the present as the person you want to be, redefining what defines you and helping you feel valued and worthy and have a life of meaning.
I offer in-person (Hillsboro) and online counseling services for clients who reside in Oregon.
I am also able to offer clinical supervision for LPC associates or interns in Oregon.

I believe that reclaiming your strength can be a powerful part of the healing journey. This beginner-friendly weightlifting group is designed specifically for sexual abuse survivors who want to reconnect with their bodies in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
This will be a gentle introduction to weightlifting, with no prior experience needed and will be led by a licensed therapist and a certified strength coach.
We will focus on creating a supportive community where survivors can heal, grow, and encourage on another, with an emphasis on choice, safety, and body autonomy every step of the way. There will be education both on physical technique and emotional regulation through movement.
